Cancellation by the Customer
– Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund.
– Cancellations made within 48 hours: No refund.
Cancellation by Nova Moon Travel
If we cancel the tour due to weather, operational reasons, or low participation, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
No-show
No refund for no-shows or late arrivals.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
