Important update: Inside Burj Al Arab Tour
Starting Monday, May 26, the tour’s opening hours will change to 09:00 to 19:00.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Latecomers will be moved to another tour (subject to availability) and may be required to pay an additional fee

The tour begins at the ticketing hall located in the conference center of the Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

Dress Code:

• Respectful attire. Smart Casual. Classic shorts (for men and women) are acceptable.
  ❌ Not allowed: beachwear, flip-flops, Crocs sandals.
  ❌ Flash photography and professional cameras are prohibited.
  ❌ Photography is strictly forbidden on the ground and first floors (lobby) of Burj Al Arab.
  ✅ Photography is permitted inside the panoramic elevator and throughout the rest of the tour.
